Tanner Ragland is a lifelong resident of Oviedo and a graduate of the University of Central Florida. He was introduced to the surety industry at an early age, often visiting job sites with his father and gaining firsthand exposure to the construction industry and the challenges contractors face.

Tanner began his career on the surety side in early 2020, where he developed a strong understanding of underwriting and how sureties evaluate risk. After joining Johnson & Company in 2025, he earned his Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) designation to further his focus on helping clients secure bonding capacity and support long-term growth.

Today, Tanner serves as a Surety Bond Executive at Johnson & Company, where he works with contractors, developers, and both privately held and private equity-backed companies to develop and maintain strong surety programs.

Known for his straightforward, relationship driven approach, Tanner places a high value on honesty, character, and long-term partnerships. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex bonding needs while serving as a trusted resource as their businesses grow.

Tanner and his wife Heidi currently reside in Oviedo with their 3 children.
